Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included

    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Note:
Certain items such as personal care electronics, software, and downloadable digital products are non-returnable once opened or used.


2. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • In case of a defective or wrong item, Ample Marketing Agency will cover the return shipping cost.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@amplemarketingagency.com with proof of damage or defect.


5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used electronic devices

  • Items without original packaging or accessories

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Software or digital downloads


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos or videos of the damaged item

  • Order details and receipt

We will review your case and provide a replacement or full refund as per eligibility.
